prezident luxury spa & wellness exceeded my expectations during this staycation in karlovy vary. comfortable renovated hotel with friendly staff, nice spa, and nature-based treatments. beautiful room with a huge bed, futuristic technology, and great wifi. the spa facilities were state of the art, including saunas and a pool. perfect location in the city center with a nice view.

The rooms that went out into the street the noise from the garbage trucks started at 5-6 in the morning.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is situated directly near the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, right in the centre of a very quiet street. The peaceful atmosphere added so much to our stay here. The surrounding area also has many great restaurants with delicious food, perfect for exploring during our stay.

This hotel is also a great option for families with children.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the center boulevard and in the center of a beautiful resort town. It is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff service were exceptional. Additionally, transportation and parking were easily accessible.

During my Easter weekend stay, the hotel offered some delightful chocolate treats to guests. I also appreciated the fact that the fitness room was open 24/7 to use at their leisure. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to some cool local shops and cafes, and we had a lovely view from our room.

Our room was not very soundproof, and we could hear our neighbors conversing. the maids were not very attentive, and we had to request more towels multiple times.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the town, being close to the centre of a beautiful resort town. the English speaking staff in the restaurant provided excellent service. the room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of food choices to satisfy all tastes. the spa is state of the art, with awesome saunas and a Jacuzzi, making it a perfect place to relax.

The gym was small and insufficiently equipped.

The spa facilities were amazing. There was a great pool with jets and a state of the art sauna. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to many attractions and dining options. The robes and slippers provided in the room were a nice touch.

The staff was not always accommodating. We had difficulties with some personnel, especially the barkeeper who made sarcastic remarks.
